We have significantly renovated our 18-suite apartment building, from roof to landscaping, including roof fan, balconies, patio doors, parking lot and power posts, top of the line German Vissmann boiler, new carpets, vinyl plank flooring, appliances including dishwashers, air conditioners etc. We currently have an impending vacancy, probably late August but for sure by September 1, 2025. We will have one top floor 2-bedroom suite available. Its rents to one person for the same rent as our 1-bedroom suites or $1,250 per month. It is also a corner suite with a balcony. This 2-bedroom is also totally renovated with recently installed new carpets, vinyl plank flooring and fridge. It is 770 sq feet. We are 100% non-smoker, no pets, no parties and currently no children as our facilities are not very suitable for them. We are strategically located to access all of Red Deer’s amenities and have lots of security features. The security deposit is the same as the rent.
